Saskatchewan recently took part in the Future Food-Tech virtual summit hosting an interactive workshop 'Scaling Alternative Proteins: ‘Moonshots’ Begin From Terra Firma' in collaboration with the Saskatchewan Food Industry Development Centre, Global Institute for Food Security and Ag-West Bio.
